Virgin Clean Limited is a duly registered and reputable company providing comprehensive cleaning, hygiene, Gardening & Landscaping, Fumigation and pest control solutions to a wide range of clients across Mombasa, Nairobi, and other regions in Kenya. As part of our strategic expansion and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service delivery, the Company is seeking to recruit competent, experienced, and result-oriented professionals to fill the following positions:
- Head Supervisor for Cleaning Services
Duty Station: Mombasa, coast Region
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, supervise, and oversee cleaning operations across multiple client sites to ensure efficiency and quality service delivery.
- Develop, implement, and monitor cleaning programs, schedules, and performance standards in line with company objectives.
- Provide leadership, training, and guidance to cleaning teams to maintain professionalism and adherence to company policies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards at all operational levels.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement, quality assurance, and prompt resolution of service concerns.
- Prepare operational reports and recommend improvements for enhanced productivity and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma or Certificate in Housekeeping, Cleaning Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of three (3) years’ proven experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity within the cleaning or facilities management sector.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in developing and managing work plans, budgets, and team performance indicators.
- A valid driving license will be an added advantage.
- Pest Control Technician
Duty Station: Mombasa, Coast Region
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute pest control, fumigation, and disinfection activities in compliance with PCPB and company safety standards.
- Conduct site inspections to assess pest infestations, identify treatment needs, and provide technical recommendations.
- Safely handle and apply pest control chemicals, ensuring adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
- Maintain accurate operational and chemical usage records for reporting and regulatory purposes.
- Provide professional advice to clients on preventive pest management measures.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Certificate or Diploma in Environmental Health, Public Health, or a related discipline.
- At least two (2) years of practical experience in pest management and fumigation services.
- Demonstrable knowledge of pest control products, application techniques, and safety protocols.
- A valid driving license is mandatory.
